    The 4-H program celebrates its 100 anniversary at the Latah County fair. MOSCOW, Idaho-The County fair will be held September 13-16 at the fairgrounds on White Ave. The public is welcome to join the fun and activities hosted by the 4-H program. There will be an anniversary cake, historic photos from 4-H programs in the past, and an exciting1912 themed party. Robotics, geocaching and scrapbooking classes will also be offered. We are looking forward to a fun filled fair and would like everyone to join, said Kelli Loftus, associate 4-H extension educator for Latah County.
