Dear Parent/Carer, RE: YEAR 11 LEAVERS LITURGY AND LEAVERS FORM Please find enclosed an invitation for you and your son/daughter to attend our Leavers Liturgy on Wednesday 27th June 2012. If you are able to come to this event can you please let us know by Monday 25th June 2012 for catering purposes. I have also enclosed a form that needs to be completed so that all textbooks and locker keys are returned by students before they leave us. Students should bring all books and keys into school and get the form signed off by the correct member of staff and then hand it in at reception. If your son/daughter has already done this I would be very grateful if you could sign the form to that effect and arrange for it to be brought or sent in. Yours sincerely
