NARRATIVE REPORT ON RETRIEVAL OF OUTPUTS (WEEK 4 & 5)

DECEMBER 14, 2021

Christmas break is fast approaching for grade 7 students of Lucsuhin National High
School as they had the submission of outputs for weeks four and five of the second quarter in
December 14, 2021. As such, parents went to school with proper dress codes and safety and
health precautions including facemasks and face shields to submit the outputs of their children
to the respective sections. Teachers, on the other hand, assisted and guided the parents as
usual in putting the paper in the right trays and boxes.

Mainly, the focal agenda of the said schedule was only for the retrieval of outputs of the
students. There was no new tasks or WHLP to distribute since the school head wanted the
students and parents to enjoy the Christmas break and have bonding and time for the whole
family.

It was a successful day indeed. All grade seven sections had almost complete
attendance despite of the distance to school, parents and guardians were able to come and
submit all the needed outputs for the said last retrieval for this year, 2021. We, in grade 7 level,
were very proud and delightful for the usual cooperation of the students, parents and the
community to all the endeavour our school had.
