Rewards Programs
Box Tops, Labels for Education, and all other rewards should be turned in by the 15th of each month to your childs classroom in separate bags/envelopes. These will be counted for monthly contests sponsored by the PTO. A separate flyer was sent home with more details on these programs.

Ball Metal Can Drive


Van Buren Elementary is competing in the Ball Metal Great American Can Roundup on

Friday, September 28th from 7:45-12:00


Please drop off your empty aluminum cans at the vacant lot on Main Street, just north of the school. Help our students by turning your empty cans into cash!!

Van Buren Elementary is currently in 1st Place!!

Market Day
Market Day is a new monthly fundraiser where you earn money for our school while ordering grocery items. Look for a monthly flyer and order form to come home with your child.

American Red Cross Blood Drive


Van Buren Elementary will be hosting an annual blood drive on Monday, October 15th. This is an opportunity to serve your school and your community. If you are interested in volunteering your time helping with this event, please contact Amy Bowman at bowmanam4@yahoo.com or 419-674-1571.

Knights Fest
Knights Fest is a yearly event held at the Elementary school. Kids get to dress up in medieval themed costumes and participate in lots fun activities along with a parade. For this to be successful we need volunteers to help with the days events. Look for more information coming home with your children in the next few weeks. Knights Fest will be held on Friday October 26th.

Tax Exempt Status
