A Brainstorming new entrepreneurial ideas generator, a restless challenger, lateral thinker, plain and simple, easy to get along I have more than 18 years working in the international logistics market, focusing on IT Solutions for the supply chain, leader of high-performance teams, I have great facility to easy visualize the IT solution to a day to day problems, I like to innovate, the prove is that I created SCA (Supply Chain Alignment) an amazing Solution, that has the capability to order, coordinate and manage any business processes in a collaborative way.
Some accomplishments: In my late teens, I designed, and implemented a robust inventory/point of sale information system for a 20 branches shoe store, Internet not invented yet, I had all the inventories and sales concentrated in one place within a difference of one hour. In my twenties, I was part of the creative and implementing team for the IT solution for the import/export process of Autozone opening stores in Mxico. Innovated in software that allowed crossing the border in less than 24 hours, no matter what was inside the trailer. I designed and implemented a revolutionary IT Mechanism that allowed Autozone to import some Vendor Direct Purchases (catalog sales) the same day theyve arrived to customs (less than 6 hours), INTERNATIONAL ECOMMERCE SPECIALIST. I innovated with a collaborative solution (SCA), that coordinates and manages any given processes, an advanced software that can be implemented in almost any organization (via WEB), currently it is working on some of their logistics process with Autozone, Costco, Bombardier, EMD, Liverpool Mxicos main departmental store chain-, etc. Co-owner of Logicsite, company that represents a Unified Communications over IP in Mxico, sells GPS services for fleet management, sells and maintains the collaborative solution (SCA), and IT & Logistics Consulters.

Dec 1994 current Grupo Logistics, Laredo, TX www.grupo-logistics.com An international logistics company, headquartered in Mxico City. I was involved in three executive areas: 1) Information Systems. I build up the non-existent area in the company. As CTO I created several information systems to ease and automate the operations companywide; implemented technologies to make the company more productive. As a supportive arm of the CEO of the company, helping the company to develop new business, capture new customers and promoting new projects among current and new accounts. In charge of customer relationship between the company and one of the most valuable customers of it, Autozone, I was in charge of all the relationship generated due to the several operations that they had with the company.
