OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY To do Post Delivered for all Delivery Notes/Transfer Orders (to confirm all orders are shipped out off system) To coordinate with Finance Dept to prepare Red Invoice for delivery RELATIONSHIPS (internal & external relations) Internal : Direct Manager, Operation Team Leaders, Sales and Marketing Dept. and colleagues External : Customers and transporters KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES To do Post Delivered for all Sales Orders and Transfer Orders picked for delivery To coordinate with Finance Dept. promptly on the stocks picked to prepare Red Invoice for deliveries Handle Cash Advance to pay for delivery by bus to provinces. Responsible for receiving cash on delivery from Drivers/Delivery Men Make daily & week report to submit warehouse manager & logistics manager To collect signed delivery notes/TFO from dispatch team Other tasks are given by direct manager & warehouse manager
