Introduction to Beekeeping
Choose from the following dates (Fridays): 8th, 15th, 22nd February, 1st March - 10am till 3pm - FREE This is a one day course covering various aspects of beekeeping, including general introduction, colony, hive, plants for bees and getting started.

Introduction to Rustic Furniture Making


1 Day Coursechoose from the following dates Thursday 14th February or Thursday 14th March 9.30am till 3.30pm50 per day This course will cover a basic introduction to making rustic furniture, together with the opportunity to make your own stool to take away

Small Animal Willow Sculpture


1 Day CourseWednesday 27th February9.30am till 3.30pm65 Experience freeform willow weaving with animal sculpture. Come with your own ideas or take suggestions from your tutor, ie. hares, deer, sheep...

Basics of Tai Chi


2 hour monthly sessions - (Mondays) starting 25th February, 18th March - 2pm till 4pm12 per session Learn the basics of Tai Chi concentrating on movement, postures & breathing techniques. Suitable for beginners.

Green Woodworking Sessions


choose from Introduction to Green Woodworking - 2 Day Course, Uses of Hazel - 1 Day Course, Make a Pole Lathe 2 Day Course - 50 per day - ring to arrange suitable dates Learn the ancient craft of green woodworking from a talented and experienced craftsman.

Introduction to Blacksmithing
2 Day CourseFri & Sat 1st & 2nd March 9.30am till 4pm100 for 2 days This is an exciting new course for Offshoots covering the art and craft of Blacksmithing. The course will include: fire management and basic forgework skills.

Permaculture Design CoursePart One (Part Two2nd-8th Junering for details)


Sunday-Saturday 24th-30th March7 x 6 hrs 130.20 or FREE* This is a verified course through the Permaculture Association and is open to anyone interested in living and working in a harmonious way with the people and environment around us.

Willow for the Garden


Friday 8th March1pm till 4pm35 Learn how to weave and make your own pea climber and mini-willow hurdles and learn about the beneficial uses of willow in the home and garden.

Introduction to Woodland Managment


2 Day CourseSaturday & Sunday 16th & 17th March 31 or FREE* Develop woodland skills, identification techniques, uses of woodland resources and gain a greater understanding of ecology and its importance.
