Rosemary Works Summer Fete

Saturday 6th July 1 4 pm

We are hoping to make this years summer fete an epic day of fun for the whole family. The emphasis this year will be less on fundraising and more on giving the children and teachers a well deserved treat and allowing the parents a chance to relax and enjoy the school community with their children.

It is organised by the Parents Network (RWPN), the school and the Early Year Centre. We do, however, really need your help and ideas to make the day a real success.

We hope that by giving you some notice you will be able to commit to making a contribution, large or small, in terms of your time, talents or just turning up!

Please complete and return this form to the School or Early Years Centre office or by e-mail by Friday 14th June if you are able to contribute.

Raffle
We would welcome donations for the raffle. In past years we have benefitted from the extreme generosity of parents and collected 6-8 really attractive prizes. They usually include: vouchers for local restaurants, florists, hair/nails/beauty treatments, theatre/cinema tickets, or time/services donated.

If you are a proprietor or a regular customer of a local business, now is the time to ask for a favour!

I would like to donate a raffle prize Details:

A percentage of the raffle takings are always donated to a local childrens charity.

Tombola
This year we will be running a bottle tombola and a soft toy tombola. In the former we are looking for half decent bottles of anything and in the latter we are giving you a chance to get rid of some of the many soft toys that your children have collected and now never seem to play with (although we cant guarantee that they wont come home with someone elses).

If you have any questions or suggestions please ask any of the members of the RWPN (Matt Hanrahan and Jim Hamil for year 1 and 2, Lucy Claridge or Danielle Cooper for Reception), Rob for the school or Magalie for the EYC.

Thank you and we look forward to seeing you all there on 6th July.
