BOOTHS ARE ON A FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE BASIS ONLY

Kiwanis Club Cowboy Breakfast, 7:00am to 10:00am Parade begins at 10:00 am BBQ Lunch, 10:30am - 1:30pm

Terms and Conditions:


Vendors MUST be set up for the public by 9 am on July 4th. Vendors will be allowed to begin set up July 3 at 12 Noon. Vendors must stay set up until 4:30 P.M., July 4. 12th Street vending space is approximately 20 x 10. There is no shade provided. Canopies located on the street must be secured. Stakes can not be used. Police surveillance will be provided. Park vending space is approximately 10 x 10 wide. Stakes may be used on grass. No dogs (except service animals) or wheeled vehicles, including bikes, skateboards, or scooters on grass area. Wheelchairs and strollers are allowed. No selling of projectiles of any form permitted, i.e., pellet guns, etc. Spaces with electricity are limited (booths are first come first serve booths will not be held without payment). Vendors must furnish their own extension cord (at least 100 feet and we highly recommend you bring a second extension cord). Vendors must secure cords with duct tape on walkways. Vendors are liable for injuries resulting due to unsecured cords. Space assignments are permanent and can not be changed. VENDORS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR TRASH COLLECTION IN AND AROUND THEIR AREA DURING AND AFTER THE FESTIVITIES. THIS WILL BE ENFORCED! All vendors selling drinkable and/or edible products (except for prepackaged and unopened) must get PRIOR proper permitting from: Environmental Division, 3082 32nd St. By-Pass, Suite D, Silver City, NM 88061 (575-388-1934). There will be site inspections of enforcement codes and EID will shutdown violators. CONTACT Milo Lambert at 575-956-1273 regarding your vendor space requirements. All pertinent fire codes, laws, ordinances and public safety rules must be followed and will be strictly enforced. Electrical outlets will be assigned per individual space. PLEASE NOTE: Any heating or cooking unit will utilize the majority of your booths power supply. Electrical options are 20 amp or 50 amp outlets (50 amp outlets only on 12th Street) Heavy duty power strips with surge protectors are highly recommended. The Silver City Grant County Chamber of Commerce, Event Chairperson and/or any of its acting agents assume zero liability for damages, loss and/or injury.

LIQUID WASTE. Liquid waste must be disposed of in a sanitary manner. Wastewater must be discarded in an approved wastewater disposal system (sewer, septic system, etc.) Do not dump wastewater or grease onto the ground or into a storm drain.
