I am an organized, considerate, caring and responsible young person who takes a keen interest in professionalism.

I am in the final week of my GCSE examinations and prospectively estimated to achieve A* - C grades in all subjects. It is my goal to work hard each day to achieve a positive outcome. I work well as part of a team and have the initiative to work individually. I can bring professionalism, organization and responsibility to the table. My career aim is to secure a position within the UK aviation industry as a Commercial Pilot

PROFESSIONAL
I have worked as part of a Media group in school (Loud Radio) This was the result of a demanding 6 week course and training undertaking where 12 selected individuals with the correct skills were chosen to represent the school in a prerecorded radio show. I worked as part of the News team.

Cadet in the Air Training Corps (2010-2012): Over the 2 years I spent in the Air Training Corps, I acquired a variety of achievements: Bronze level Duke of Edinburgh award Passed examinations in Basic Navigation, Airmanship and Airmanship II, Principles of Flight etc Undertook a 40 minute (logged) instructed flight in a single-engine Grob Tutor 115E Marshalled Race for Life events as part of a professional, organized team

PROSPECTIVE PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT


BTEC Level 3 Extended Diploma in Aviation Operations (to commence in September 2013)

AMBITIONS
My personal ambition with my personal development is to gain a position within the UK aviation industry, specifically an airline. I plan to go on to complete ATPL training with a UK based airline to allow me to fly commercially, whilst carrying passengers. I plan to do this as I have had a passion and interest in the aviation industry from a young age, and am happy to accept the responsibility that comes with it.

AVAILABILTITY
My college course will run three days a week (Mon Wed) from 9:00am til 4:00pm I am able to work either in the hours after college or the rest of the week. I am also openly available in the months during the summer break, and in the evenings after school leading up to the 14th June.
