And at night 19:00~24:00 not work because of today rain effect because of yesterday rain effect, site soil condition very bad,just can do little cut work, most of equipments just standby. because of yesterday heavy rain effect, all soil is too wet and site condition not allowed to work. And three excavators do the temporary ditch to deal with the drainage to farmland. the site soil also very wet, and site condition also not allowed to work because of Last Sunday's rain effect.
