MY BEHAVIORAL

My set of constant target behavioral features.
JUNE 2009
I revise my behavioral attributes every hour.
I. My Mental Behavioral Attributes:
1. (Before July 2011) Devote all my time to [10].
Each moment I am awake, I must perform a [10] activity.
All my time is divided into:

 Violatory time
2. Make decisions.
3. Am always inside a goal.
4. Manage my thoughts.
If I think I have no uncontrolled thoughts at the moment, I have not yet started
identifying them.
Positive Effects of Though Management:
• TM stimulates personal development.
• TM makes my studying more efficient.
• TM time is quality time. It is much more pleasant to spend an hour with TM
than without it.
5. Energetically think.
6. Am always here and now. [Presence attribute]
7. Have good space and time orientation (date, future, weather, current affairs).
8. Know Axiom.
I always know everything and am confident of my knowledge.
II. My Corporal Behavioral Attributes:
Group A
1. I am active movement.
Within each time unit I perform a great quantity of:
• physical movement
• mental movement.
Every movement prompts another movement. Every unmovement prompts another
unmovement.
I will stop moving only when I die and I have two options: to move little or to move
plenty. I choose to move plenty.
Movement is always a) more easy b) more rewarding than unmovement.
