15. Comment: Please help us by telling us specifically what we're doing well and how we can improve. Please give examples: Robin was both knowledgable and engaging. I very much enjoyed this training. I think it would be great if a family member or a person who suffers from a serious MI could speak to the group. Though I thought all videos were very good, I think it would have a stronger impact coming from a face to face encounter. Excellent Trainer, one of best trainings I have been to liked the variety of medium used...may want to consider breaking up the info in the 2nd day afternoon session, just a little -perhaps insert one additional activity as the slides presentation got a little long; otherwise excellent job- helpful trg It actually needs to be 3 days long and cover even more information. It is geared to older adults but we are now dealing with teenagers as they age out of Child Custody. Overall it addresseed most of my needs. I just don't know how to deal with teenagers with mental health disorders. Especially true with those with Explosive Disorder. Trainer was excellent, full of energy and had a wealth of mental health information. Researched information during breaks/lunch/night to answer questions. Provided the most recent research, information and upcoming information to be in the DSM-5. Trainer had a wealth of knowledge at both the academic and personal experience level. She was able to deliver the information in a way that was easily understood. Excellent at sharing the most current information and would always research information/questions at breaks, lunch and after training to share with the group. Excellent training. Videos of real cases were very helpful in exemplifying what we were discussing. Also, I found that the presenter was very up to date on the latest research and findings, which is so important in a field that is changing so quickly. Robin is great instructor and listens to concerns, offers much helpful ideas too. Would love to se this training stretched an extra day to get intot the meet of more diagnoses. I enjoyed the training and I could tell that our instructor stays up on the currents Mental Health diagnoses, Best Practice, in order to share the information with us
