EXTRA-CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES
Teachers Assistant, Mount Olympus Christian Child Care Center, Salt Lake City, Utah - 2009-2010 From December 2009, to August 2010, I worked teaching children ages 1-10 at a local day care center. Adaptive Aquatics Volunteer, BYU 2010-2012 This program was created for volunteers to teach special needs children in public schools through play therapy once per week at the BYU pool. Volunteer, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Utah, SLC, Utah - 2008-2009 Volunteered at a school mentoring a considered at-risk 10 year old girl, contributed 3 hours on a weekly basis. Kids Crew Volunteer, Primary Childrens Medical Center, SLC, Utah 2009-2010 I worked three hours each week in the hospital visiting, talking, and playing with ill children. Activities included crafts, games, songs, reading stories, etc.
