    You cannot crewhead if you have a conflict with any of the following dates and times -absolutely no exceptions. Plan accordingly. Tech Week Feb. 2-5 Sun: 12-6pm, 3:40pm - 9:30pm

    School Matinee February 6 8:00am 1:00pm (You can be excused from classes that conflict with performance on this day.) Performances February 7, 8 5:30pm - 10:30pm Sunday Matinee February 9 1:00pm 6:00pm Strike February 10, 11 3:40pm - 6:30pm

    THE BASICS: If you cannot be available as much as you will be needed to, please do not sign up! You will be replaced if you have more than one unexcused absence for any of the following: normal days you are expected to do your work as a crewhead, mass meetings and crewhead meetings. You may send a pre-approved representative to Mass Meetings and Crewhead Meetings up to two times. They are to have as much knowledge as you and be able to answer any questions that you can answer. Do NOT send someone just to take notes! Crewhead Meetings will be Wednesdays, 3:40 - 4:10. You must adopt an apprentice to be your main assistant whom you will teach how to do your job (like having an assistant stage manager). If you need to come in during non-HP hours to work, you must get approval in advance and find an adult to supervise. You are to make an announcement at every single mass meeting as to what will be happening that week in your technical area. There will be a Mass Meeting on Monday, November 25th, followed by a read-thru, both of which are mandatory! Everything concerning your crewhead position is due at 3:40pm on Friday, January 31st! Not 6:30! Be ready!! List any and all possible conflicts on this form. Do not assume we know your school schedule or religious holidays! Be specific with dates and times!!!
