PROBLEM
With the present investigation is to carry out the study on the application of
some methodological strategies that must be implemented is improperly using
some teachers, and managing the teaching methodology, the loss of the
professional role, interest in training and updating teachers and little active
participation of students in the learning process of the Philosophy Department.
On such a basis, teaching is not performing properly, in the School of Teacher
Education Marshal Andrs de Santa Cruz Chayanta population, specifically in
the area of philosophy, reason that should be studied this investigation.
Undoubtedly, it must be remembered that education is the basis for
development of their culture, this paper raises some important tips that will be
inserted and to serve as a source of employment for teachers in implementing
strategies based on methodological meaningful learning, which aims to motivate
teachers awareness and positive reflection on your work done in the classroom.
Considering these aspects then proceed to the formulation of the problem:

What methodological strategies should be implemented in the teaching-learning
process, to improve academic performance in the subject of Philosophy, in the
students of the 5th semester of the College of Teacher Education "Marshal
Andrs de Santa Cruz" population Chayanta?

What are the approaches that can be used in the teaching learning

Establish methodologies and techniques for improving the teaching-learning

SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES
JUSTIFICATION
It is well known that education in any country , is preparing adequately for their
human resources in such circumstances , in our country , this aspect must
necessarily be improved, with adequate preparation for teachers of Higher
Training School teachers " Marshal Andrs de Santa Cruz " Chayanta , to them,
can provide students with adequate Area Philosophy and updated knowledge.
METHODOLOGICAL FRAMEWORK
HYPOTHESIS APPROACH
The socio-productive projects and Lesson Plan are the approaches that will
contribute to improving the teaching-learning process of the Department of
Philosophy at students of the 5th year of high school in the School of Teacher
Education "Marshal Andrs de Santa Cruz" population Chayanta.
