Background Information Library services are very important in education institutions these days ad students use these facilities for reference in educations The library services that are provided in Ungku Omar Polytechnic (UOP) are not as good as the students would have hoped for: 1) The numerous of computers are inadequate 2) The computers are not properly maintained 3) The references book is not up-dated 3. Purpose To evaluate students satisfaction in using library services at UOP. To investigate the problems related to library services at UOP. To propose ways to improve the library services at UOP. 4. Dear valued respondents, We are fourth semester students pursuing a diploma course in Civil Engineering at Ungku Omar Polytechnic, Ipoh.
