Minimum Admission Requirements


1.1

SPM or its equivalent with at least 5 As minimum including Mathematics plus an A in English.

Other Requirements
i. Medically fit.
ii. Able to cope with boarding school lifestyle
iii. Submission of fraud documents or information may cause rejection of application.

N.B.
a. The Admission Deposit of RM11,700 is to be paid to the College with the reply form as a notice of
acceptance. Scholars are exempted from paying the admission deposit.
b. The Admission Deposit is refundable to students on his / her last day of studies after deduction of relevant
dues, if any.
c. All payments can be made payable to KYS COLLEGE SDN. BHD. by cash OR cheque, money order, bank draft,

d. If fees are not paid on time, you may be at risk of suspension / exclusion from your course.
e. The College reserves the right at any time to amend its tuition fees and methods of payment, in addition to
any policies regarding such fees.

Accommodation Rules and Regulation


4.1

General

Students are expected to display an acceptable form of behavior and to maintain


discipline and decorum in the accommodation area.
Students are required to protect their own belongings.
The Management has the right to confiscate prohibited items found in the students
accommodation.
Students will be charged for any damages to their accommodation except damages
caused by normal wear and tear.
Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.

In out Regulation
i.

Students are allowed to go for outings and overnight stays only prior with permission
from the Head of School.
ii.
Overnight and Outing forms must be filled in by parent or guardian.
iii. Completed forms should be faxed / submitted three (3) days before, to the
Administration Office for the Head of school approval.
4.3

Solat Hour
i. Muslim students are required to perform solat in the Surau.
ii. Friday prayer is compulsory for boys (muslim) and transport will be provided by the
school.

4.4

Visitors
i.

Visitors, including parents and guardians, must obtain permission from the Head of
school to visit a student.
ii. Visitors are not allowed to be in the students room at any time.

5.

Laundry Service Regulation


5.1

All laundry service cost shall be borne by students, with a laundry company appointed by the
College.

7.

Prep classes are compulsory for all students.

Medical Treatment
7.1

Students who need medical treatment will be taken to the College panel clinic at 2.00 p.m.
every day.

Urgent medical care will be arranged by the Management at any time.

7.3

All sickness cases must be immediately reported to the Matron or Wardens on duty.
