TARGET TECHNICAL REVIEW FOR THE WEEK ENDED 17ND JANUARY 2014- NO.

0012/2014

Last fortnight I talk about knowing support or resistance level using candlesticks to tell us if a stock is likely to go up or down. CANDLESTICKS THAT INDICATE AN UP TREND

The price of the stock is now at a good support point. Father fall in price is about to stop.

The bull are now ready to attack the bears.

Price dropped previously but rallied to the top as at the moment.

The bulls are about to take the batton a close above the 3rd candle will confirm this.

Further decline likely to come to a halt

The bears are now confused. Opportunity for the bulls to take control.

CANDLESTICKS THAT INDICATE A DOWN TREND Further rise in price is resisted by selling pressure.

Bulls are confused. In a war situation, it is like approaching a closed road. The bulls are likely to retreat.

Bears about to take control. The bull are likely to be pushed back.

This is what Steve Nisson called climb the roof and take away the ladder. The ladder for further advancement is taken away, the bull are likely to fall down.

Straight to the main business for the week: a) b) Stock selection for the week/next 2 weeks Target Prices for year for some stocks (12 numbers for this week)

Stock Selections For The Week. The last 2 weeks witness no strong movement. The chart for many stocks looks scary as many stocks were approaching temporary highs. For example, Hornywell approaching the NGN4.00 has always being a problem. This situation applies to Oando (NGN27.00),Courtvile (NGN.80), Dangote Flour among others. Due to the situation above. This week I am looking at stocks close to very good support by or a stock which I seek to take position for some specific reasons like pending right issues. Therefore for this week my recommended stocks are:

- PZ - Custodian and Allied - Afriprud

Targeted Prices For 2014 (To continue in subsequent Issues, started from the 2 January issue). I am adding more than what I promised as I am finding the information very interesting. For example I see Afriprud closing exactly at the projected temporary bottom. Let us observe how it will perform in the next 2 weeks. The key to using this price projections is to use these points as swing trade points; sell once the price hits a temporary high and there is a candlestick or chart formation confirming this (next newsletter will discuss at least 5 candlestick patterns that can make money for an investor) as a temporary high. Equally one is to buy when the price hits a temporary low and there is a candlestick confirmation that this is a true bearish reversal point/good support level. I can confirm that this do work very well. Wish you a profitable year 2014.
