Aim of the Project:


This action aims to the participation and contribution of young people by increasing the dialog and cooperation between active youth workers and youth policy makers. From that perspective, it promotes structured dialog between politicians as the policy maker actors, public bodies, non-governmental organizations, the employees working in related sector and young people.

Objectives:
. To increase the participation of the youth in !ational "rt #olicies

$. To make a contribution to develop the communication between the youth and the policy makers within the scope of arts %. To support to raise artistic awareness among the youngsters and to contribute to develop volunteerism on that field. &. To create a platform amongst young people for cultural e'change.

PROJECT ACTIVITIES:
1 - Preparation P!annin" #eetin": (ne representative from each partner will come to the meeting to e'change ideas about the details of the program. )*+",*(- . /.0.1 $ - %ationa! Activities: This process includes local activities taking place after the planning meeting. There are research 2 analysis, visits and seminars which will be realized by each partner in their own local communities. )3! "++ 4(/!T536,1 & - Internationa! Seminar: This action will take place in Turkey with the participation of 7 members of each partner as a one-week seminar and workshop to share their national researches and e'periences. The workshop is about active participation of young people in art policies. "nd in the seminar there will be artists.actors, policymakers and e'perts. )3,T"!8/+ . T/50691 '( )atherin" an* Reportin": "fter the international meeting: the declaration, all the ;uestionaires 2 research results, visits 2 seminar reports, participant and spokers<s views will be gathered and translated to = languages. )3! "++ 4(/!T536,1 +( %ationa! Seminar: 6ach partner will organize a seminar in national level for a day to share the reports with more people. "lso, artists, policy makers and e'perts should be invited as well to ask ;uestions and develop the reports. )3! "++ 4(/!T536,1 ,( -issemination Activities: "fter the national and international seminars with a high rate of participation, all the results of surveys2researches, outputs of visits2seminars, and opinions of participants2speakers will be collected and prepared as a bulletin in each of = countries. "dditionally, a 4> will be done with activity images and pro?ect outputs. 3n order to disseminate the outputs of the pro?ect in local levels, these bulletins and 4>s will be distributed in their own regions to the related institutions and organizations by each partner. )3! -a9 1 :;<(;,($;1&=: 5epresentatives of the partner organizations has met at the 5oyal 4onservatoire of ,cotland )54,1 meeting room, and started by introducing themselves and their organizations. Then the group has shown 54, venues, activities, classes, etc. to have more ideas about the host organization. "fter the lunch, pro?ect aim and ob?ectives clearified again to talk about e'pectations. "t the evening, group has watched the bale performance at the 54,.

-a9 $ :;>(;,($;1&=: (n the second day, pro?ect details are spoken such as: national and international meetings, evaluation meeting, national activities, responsibilities, ;uestionaire, activities, visits, etc. Then the group visited *lasgow -est 6nd festival.

(ne group talked about partner organiziation responsibilities and ;uestionaire ;uestions while the other group was getting a brief information about the budget. Then the groups came together to set the dates of each activity. Then the organization "rt-orks have informed us about the organization, and the art policy 2 strategies of ,cotland by giving statistics.
