In accordance with the IACS transfer of class agreement : - we authorise you to obtain from the Losing Classification Society the classification survey status indicating any overdue surveys and any overdue and due recommendations or conditions of class for the subject ship, - in case where plans required as a prerequisite to obtain the definitive Certificate of Classification could not be provided, we authorize you to obtain from the Losing Classification Society a copy of these plans, and the associated costs for copy will be charged to the Owner or his representative. It is also acknowledged that : - If any, all overdue surveys as well as all overdue recommendations or conditions of class as specified by the Losing Classification Society, will be completed by and to the satisfaction of : . the Losing Classification society for ships 15 years of age and over. . BUREAU VERITAS for ships less than 15 years of age. - The relevant surveys for transfer of class as specified in Bureau Veritas Rules for the Classification of Steel Ships are required to be satisfactorily completed. prior the issuance of the Provisional Certificate of Classification - any additional surveys as well as recommendations or conditions of class received by BUREAU VERITAS from the LOSING Classification Society after the issuance of the Provisional Certificate of Classification, and which are overdue, shall be dealt with by and to the satisfaction of : - the LOSING Classification society for ships 15 years of age and over. - BUREAU VERITAS for ships less than 15 years of age. at the first port of call. If these surveys as well as recommendations or conditions of class are overdue and not dealt with, the Provisional Classification Certificate shall be withdrawn, unless it is agreed that the ship proceeds directly, without further trading, to a suitable port where the overdue surveys as well as overdues recommendations or conditions of class will be carried out by and to the satisfaction of: - the LOSING Classification society for ships 15 years of age and over. - BUREAU VERITAS for ships less than 15 years of age.

- If any, all due recommendations or conditions of class will have to be completed by and to the satisfaction of BUREAU VERITAS as specified by and at the due dates defined by the LOSING Classification Society,
