Upon received the clearance and formalities from Local Authority, cast off her / heave-up your anchor and bring her out to sea with manoeuvring speed and caution. 2. Once she is cleared from coastal waters, proceed SWly course at economical speed towards position of Latitude of 22 10.0 N and Longitude 11424.0 E Approaching Point of Hong Kong TSS, SE of Po Toi Island. 3. At Approaching Point, reduce the RPM to manoeuvring speed and proceed entering the TSS. When joining, proceed at general direction of traffic flow and navigate with extra caution when joining and leaving at the termination of the TSS. Report to HK VTS when in range of your intention to anchor at Western Quarantine Anchorage for Bunkering Operation at position of Latitude of 22 18.2 N and Longitude of 114 06.1 E.

On your arrival at Western Quarantine Anchorage, with your absolutely discretion choose your Safe Ground to anchor and ensure of your Anchor Swinging Circle of NOT less than 3 cables. 7. Bunker sampling at the Bunker Barge before Bunkering Operation ( safe keep the sampling bottles until arrived at Kemaman ) b. If any disputed or disagreement on the Bunker figures upon completion, C/E is obliged to used Letter Of Protest (pls refer to our SMS manual) against the Bunker Barge and in informed all parties accordingly. 10. After Bunker Operation completed, informed our agent contact person, Mr. K.O. Poon of your completion and obtained the Port Clearance Serial Number for your departure. 11.
