Singapore Raffles 1886 Hotel Refurbishment Photo Gallery

As the Corporate Director of Design at Raffles Hotels & Resorts Elizabeth managed projects in CAMBODIA, CHINA, INDONESIA, MALAYSIA, MALDIVES, MOROCCO, & VIETNAM. Managing the development portfolio meant travelling to project meetings overseas 90% of time frequently. Her work was mostly conducted while travelling.

Raffles Singapore is undergoing a room refurbishment. Oversaw aspects of the final design, documentation and construction of Mock-up-room for hotel suites upgrade.

Cambodia, Angkor Watt SUNLAND & MIRVAC GROUPS HOTELS & RESORTS Elizabeth worked with Mirvac in 3 states and Sunland in Victoria. Projects included the $800M Ephraim Island project in Queensland, the YVE and Balencea Apartments, luxury housing estates and two hotels in Melbourne, Australia. Raffles Grand Hotel d'Angkor, Siem Reap Hotel Refurbishment Photo Gallery

Refurbishment taking pairs of hotel rooms and combining into one larger suite. Managed the selection of design consultants, oversaw schematic & design development, construction documents, and tender process for building contractors.

Part of a team that reviewed a number of proposed developed submissions in a design competition for the selection of the projects preferred interior design consultants. Made recommendations to the project team and property owners on Raffles' preferred party and design presentation.

China
Raffles Beijing Hotel Photo Gallery Investigated the feasibility of refurbishment of a part of building for increased accommodation requirements. Raffles Chengdu Photo Gallery Involved in the review of all interior design contractors work including a number of schematic and design developed proposals for all areas of the hotel. Due to the complex nature of the building structure the project provided many design & construction challenges for the planning of lobby lounges, hotels rooms & suites, food & beverage areas and recreational facilities. Raffles Tianjin Photo Gallery Involved in the review of final MUR and oversaw the design development and construction documentation of whole of hotel including approvals of selection of FF&E for all facilities including public areas and food and beverage outlets.

Raffles Qingshui Sanya Media Room 1, Media Room 2 & 3 Part of a team that reviewed a number of design development proposals on two major upcoming Raffles Hotels and Resorts projects in China. Included master planning, architecture, interior design, and landscaping design submissions by many project consultants.

Raffles Jimbaran, Bali Media Room1, Media Room 2 Reviewed master planning, architecture, interior design, lighting and landscaping design submissions by many project consultants. Approval of design presentations for all interiors, including MUR documentation and all FF&E selections and specifications. Managed the review and approval of construction documentation including the review of planning, electrical drawings, lighting layouts, finishes plans and joinery shop drawing packages.

Part of a team that prepared detailed feasibility analysis for reconceptualization of an existing hotel. Included review of site, existing hotel buildings, support facilities, plant & equipment. Provided comment on how existing premises could be brought in line with company brand and design standards.

Raffles Jakarta Review of architecture and detailed interior design and planning for all public areas, hotel rooms and guest services area of the hotel. Oversaw many project consultants work including Food & Beverage and landscaping design submissions. Directly involved in the development of a number of new and cutting edge hotel room concepts for a new market. Maldives Raffles Konottaa Media Room 1 Involved in the review of master planning, architecture, and landscaping, lighting and overall design concepts. Responsible for

overseeing the design direction of all resort interiors including the review and approval of all FF&E selections & MUR.

Malaysia

Hyatt Regency Dushanbe Tajikistan Website photo gallery Interior design project manager overseeing all hotels interiors while under construction. Involved overseeing RFI's for many complex & detailed technical issues on planning and building services co-ordination.

Raffles Kuala Lumpar Media Room 1, Media Room 2, Media Room 3 Involved in the feasibility assesment, including review of existing site and building and making recommendations. Reviewed design submissions and engaged consultants for cafe design.

Middle East / Africa

Park Hyatt Tbilisi Georgia Media room 1 media room 2 Interior design project manager overseeing all hotels interiors from schematic design, design development & preliminary construction documentation. Managed internal design team whilst overseeing external documentation groups work as well as other specialist consultants output.

Morocco
Raffles Marrakech Media Room 1 & Photo Gallery Reviewed masterplanning against Raffles design brief and made recommendations to owners. Reviewed Interior design planning schemes, and selections.
