Abstract
Reconstructing the concept of Mind between al-Ghazl
and Ibn Rushd in the light of Contemporary Philosophies
This research re-installed to read the concept of mind in the ArabIslamic culture between Ibn Rushd, al-Ghazl, in the light of
perceptions and philosophical knowledge of contemporary,
including re-establish a new concept of the Arab mind be able to
override the binaries of intellectual, political, social and values
that drew the Arab mind, and hurt the reality of contemporary
Islamic.
