Cancellation Policy: Caxton Group does not provide refunds but will provide a credit note for a future event for cancellations received in writing up to 30 days prior to the event start date. You will receive
100% credit note to be used at another Caxton Group Event valid for up to a year from the date issued. In case of cancellation of the event, all the sponsorship and delegate payments will be credited to a
future Caxton Group event. This credit will be available for up to one year from the date of issue of credit note. In the event that Caxton Group postpones an event, delegate/sponsorship payments will be
credited towards the re-scheduled event. The delegate will receive 100% credit representation towards the future Caxton Group event. This credit will be available for up to one year from the date of issue.
Caxton Group is not responsible for any loss or damage as a result of a substitution, alteration cancellation, or postponement of an event. Caxton Group shall assume no liability what so ever if this event is
altered, rescheduled, postponed or cancelled directly to a fortuitous event, unforeseen occurrence or any other event that renders performance of this event inadvisable, illegal, impractical or impossible.
