At a minimum, Spirit will maintain a monthly check-in schedule of personal contact with participants. Participants who fail to contact Spirit at least every 30 days
will have their programs terminated in SEVIS.
The participant has a full-time job placement (an average of at least 30 hours per week).
No monetary payment or incentives were provided to the employer to hire the participant.

I agree to the following (please initial each point):
I accept this Job Offer from the Spirit cooperating employer listed above and on page 1 of this job offer. I agree to work at this employer from 5/20/2023 to
8/30/2023. I plan to arrive on time, however, I understand that my actual start date will be anywhere from 2-7 days after my arrival date at the employer. I
understand that in order to ensure a timely start date, I must communicate my final travel plans directly to my employer at least two weeks before arrival.
I understand that housing deposits may be required before or upon arrival at the employer and I accept and will abide by the housing terms listed on the
following pages. I have enough money available to cover these deposits, ground transportation to the employer and daily living expenses for at least two
weeks after arrival in the USA, up to or exceeding $1000USD.
I understand that if business is slow, the employer may need to reduce my hours and that I may be laid off after arrival for unforeseen business reasons. In
case of such layoff, Spirit will assist me to identify alternative employment. If I am fired for insufficient performance or bad behavior, my program may be
cancelled.
I understand that by accepting this job offer I am agreeing to work at the above named employer per the terms listed on the following pages of this
document. I understand that I must contact Spirit in case I have any trouble with my employer or housing that I cannot reconcile on my own.
I understand that I must validate my program by checking in with Spirit after arrival at my employer in the U.S.A. I understand that I can validate my program by
completing a SEVIS Update form online at www.spiritexchange.com. I understand that failure to arrive to my employer and complete a SEVIS Update within 7
days of my arrival in the US will result in program termination.
I understand that, after program validation, I must check in with Spirit at least every 30 days by submitting an online Monthly Check-in form at
www.spiritexchange.com. Spirit will email reminders to me of deadlines to submit each Monthly Check-in. I must check my email at least once per week to
receive these and other updates from Spirit. I understand that failure to submit a Monthly Check-in at least every 30 days will result in program termination
and loss of legal working status.

walking distance of work site and each room will have a microwave and small refrigerator. A full shared kitchen is available,
but it must be kept clean. Failure to keep kitchen clean may result in kitchen closing for 2-3 days. Coin-operated laundry is
available on-site. Bed linens will not be provided by employer, but participants can purchase extra long twin sheets, pillow
case, pillow, bath towel, washcloth and laundry bag from employer for $30 (can be payroll deducted).

visit www.greyhound.com. Participants should purchase and print their tickets BEFORE arriving in Madison. If
arriving in Madison after final bus departure or before tickets can be purchased, participant must arrange
accommodations for one night’s stay in Madison. An affordable option is the Super 8 by Wyndham motel chain.
There are several locations in and around Madison starting at $60/night. To confirm rates/make a reservation, visit

FROM CHICAGO
If flying into Chicago, Illinois, take a taxi or public transportation from the airport to the Greyhound bus station
located at 630 W. Harrison Street in Chicago, Illinois. Take a Greyhound bus from Chicago to Wisconsin Dells,
Wisconsin. Approximate cost of bus ticket will be between $31 and $38. Departure times are subject to change. For

Chicago. If arriving in Chicago after final bus departure, participant must arrange accommodations for one night’s

Position Description
Specific task assignments will be made after arrival and terms are subject to change. Additional duties may be assigned. Participant must be comfortable
executing any or all of the tasks listed below.
The participant will receive 30 hours of work or more on average during their program period. Participant should expect hours to vary between 20 and 40 hours per
week but the average hours for the program period will be no less than 30 hours. Normally, hours are less than 30 hours a week during the first month of the program
and become more than 30 hours a week later in the program.

Housekeeping Average hours per week: 32
Housekeeping is responsible for cleaning rooms and common areas. Participants hired in this position will be required to clean
all areas within large condos including the 2-3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living rooms, kitchen and any additional spaces.
Specific duties will include, but are not limited to: making beds, removing/replacing guest linens, vacuuming, dusting,
sweeping, restocking amenities/toiletries, and the cleaning of showers, sinks, and toilets. Other tasks may be assigned by
supervisor as necessary. This is a very fast-paced job that requires standing walking, bending, lifting, and physical activity.
Housekeeping requires participants to use common cleaning chemicals. Work hours fluctuate depending on business.
Required Qualifications: A good level of English is required for participants in this position. Participants must have a
good work ethic and good attendance. Participants must regularly lift and/or move up to 20
pounds (9.07kg) and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds (22.67kg). Must be
physically healthy enough to work for extended periods of time while standing, walking,
bending, lifting, kneeling, or crouching. Must be comfortable using common cleaning
chemicals. Some weeks hours will be lower and higher for other weeks. Employer guarantees
32 hours per week average over program period.
Starting Wage: $15.00 per hour
Overtime Rate/Terms: 1.5 x wage after 40 hours per week. Overtime hours not available.

Uniform Requirements: The uniform shirt is provided by employer at no cost. Participant should bring comfortable
shoes and black pants.
Lifeguard/Slide Attendant Average hours per week: 32
Lifeguards and Slide Attendants are responsible for ensuring guest safety at all times in the waterpark. Lifeguards and Slide
Attendants will receive red-cross certification training after arrival. All Lifeguards begin as Slide Attendants and the pay rate is
$7.25 during training. After training, the Slide Attendant pay rate is $13.00 per hour. After successfully completing Red Cross
Certification, lifeguards are paid $14.00 per hour for Shallow Water, $14.25 per hour for Deep Water, and $14.50 per hour for Wave
Pool lifeguarding.
Participant MUST pay $65 for the Red-Cross Certification textbook. The Red Cross Certification itself is free to participants
(except the cost of textbook) as long as they stay and work the entire program period listed on their job offer. Participant must
work through the program end date on the job offer or they will be required to reimburse their employer for the cost of the
certification. For example, if a participant departs earlier than the job offer end date, even if it is only one day early, they will
have to pay for the cost of Red Cross Certification, which is approximately $200. Any program date changes should be made AT
LEAST two weeks BEFORE your arrival in the USA to avoid this fee.
Required Qualifications: An excellent level of English is required for participants in this position. Participant must be a
strong swimmer and should have a good work ethic, attendance, and a high level of English.
Participant must pass lifeguard certification upon arrival. Participant should be comfortable
handling cleaning chemicals.
Starting Wage: $13.00 per hour for Slide Attendants; $14.00 per hour for Shallow Water Lifeguard; $14.25 per
hour for Deep Water Lifeguard; and $14.50 for Wave Pool lifeguard. Pay rate is $7.25 during
training.
Overtime Rate/Terms: 1.5 x wage after 40 hours per week. Overtime hours not available.

Uniform Requirements: Basic uniform is provided by the employer at no cost. Additional uniform pieces such as a
raincoat ($43) are available for purchase. Participants are NOT allowed to wear flip-flop
sandals while working.

Resort Worker Average hours per week: 32
Participants hired to this position will work either as a Food Preparer/Cashier, Retail Cashier, or Attractions Cashier. Duties in all
three positions will include doing clean up and inventory in the retail/food outlets. Most Resort Worker positions are in
concession stands (these are not server positions). Participants may also operate and clean the cooking and food dispensing
equipment. Experience handling American currency is preferred. Various other job duties are assigned by manager(s) as
necessary, possibly in other departments. General cleaning as necessary. Work hours fluctuate depending on business.
Required Qualifications: An excellent level of English is required for participants in this position. Participant should
have good work ethic, attendance, and be able to clean using common cleaning products.
Advanced English is required and experience with American currency is preferred.
Participant should be comfortable handling pork.
Starting Wage: $12 per hour
