discussed:
I. TRAINING INCLUSIONS, SCHEDULE, AND INVESTMENT

Inclusive Dates HOTEL TRAINING PROGRAM: Lock in Training @ Astoria Hotels and Resorts

One-week Face-to-Face Lock in Training (7 Days) – Hotel Operations

Target Training
Period: PACKAGE RATE: Php 4,795.00 nett/pax (Non-Culinary Training)

Program Inclusions (Lock in Training):

Program Duration : ▪ Complimentary F2F Training as part of the completed Virtual Training
7 days Face to ▪ Certificate and nameplate by Astoria
▪ Program/Departmental Orientation- Day 1
Face Training
▪ Hands-on OJT Deployment (Front Office, Housekeeping or Kitchen
Department – depending on the chosen virtual training program)
Training Days : 6 ▪ Use of Top Uniform (Food & Beverage or Front Office Training)
days ▪ HOTEL DORM or RESORT DORM Accommodation
No. of Day/s Off:1 ▪ Accident Insurance (Accidental Death Insurance)
day ▪ Duty Set/Packed Meals for 7 days (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner) at the Hotel/
Resort Cafeteria
▪ Antigen test upon arrival

Important Reminders:
- Students are required to take the Covid -19 Antigen Test to be administered in the
property before check in.
- Students must be FULLY VACCINATED and must present his/her vaccination card.
- Medical Certificate must be presented (students must be physically fit and with
NO existing health conditions).
Notarized waiver must be submitted 7 days before the deployment date
(Astoria will be the one to provide this but waiver covers only the Astoria Training)
- Astoria Hotels and Resorts will not be liable in case the students will be infected
with Covid -19 but necessary assistance will be provided such as endorsement to
the nearest Barangay Health Emergency Response Team (BHERT).
- Students must observe and abide by the strict protocols of the resort on Covid-19
response.

 II. BILLING ARRANGEMENTS
• Reservation/Confirmation Payment (50%) shall be forwarded 2 weeks before the
program starts.
• Full Payment (additional 50%) shall be settled three days before the deployment.

payments and check payments upon clearance. For credit card payment,
provisional receipts will be issued.
• Name of school or depositor must be indicated when making deposit.

III. REVISION/CANCELLATION POLICIES

In the event of cancellation after signing of contract, a cancellation fee equivalent to
one hundred percent (100%) based on the total estimated cost shall be applied.
