Sub: With reference to your message , VAT returns for the month of April
14 to May 14 , Date on 11-7-14

With the above reference I the undersigned submit that i have
already submitted form Vat 100- for the month of April 14 to June 14 on 2nd
july 14 and returned. File reference is 2375268876 and the same xerox has
been enclosed .
As I am filling the returns in time regularly and your office is
sending message of not filling the returns. Previously after filling the return
and submtting a letter on 24-01-14, your office have deregistered without
giving any proper hearing or reasons , though i have not committed any
mistake i am regularly filling the returns and on 1-04-2014 .I applied for new
registeration on 01-04-14 and got new registeration and again the same
message has been sent as i have already filed the return , as I am handicaped
so please do not repeat the same mistake ,
Hence I request to confirm this by one line reply at the earliest .
