Job Description:

Total 8 months training will be there at Bangalore branch.
Training will be in 3 levels:
1) Candidate will be appointed as TRAINEE MANAGER and based on Candidate performance
they will get promotion as TEAM LEADER. During this period Candidate can earn 12,000/- to
15,000/- per month along with candidate will get Free Accommodation facility. Candidate will be
assessed on attendance, performance against target set; attitude, communication skills or any
other parameters may be applicable during Candidature tenure.
2) Based on consistent performance and leadership qualities, Candidate will get promoted as
ASST. MANAGER. During this period Candidate can earn 25,000/- to 30,000/- per month.
3) Consistent performance of Candidates team will determine Candidate promotion to the
MANAGER position with earning potential starting 45,000/- per month as a manager.

1. A photo identity proof Xerox.
2. A photocopy of your updated resume.
Note:
1. Formally dressed when you attend the interview.
2. Only immediate starter can apply.
3. Age limit up to 28 years.
