To avoid any delay and reduction of your available oral presentation time, and therefore, to augment your possibilities of getting higher grades, on presentation day each trio/group must get their own lap top computer ready for their Power Point show so that the first trio/group can start their presentation on time and the following trios can also start on time by simply plugging out and in the overhead projector from the first computer to the next one.

About the length of your oral presentation and report. Every one will be allocated three-four minutes and will belong to a pair, trio, or group. For example, if you belong to a pair, then your oral presentation in a pair must last six-eight minutes and your report information must meet this very same length of time of six-eight minutes; avoid writing a report that may need more or less time than you are allowed.
