Research online about local cuisine in Puebla, Mexico and write a paragraph summarizing
what you read focusing on local cuisine and markets.
Type your response here: Un platillo de puebla se llama Chile en Nogada. Este
platillo consiste de chiles poblanos rellenos de picadillo (picadillo es una
combinacin de carne desmenuzada, frutas, y especias) cubierta con una salsa a
base de crema de nuez, llamada nogada, y semillas de granada. Esto le da los tres
colores de la bandera mexicana. El chile es verde, la crema es blanca y las semillas
son rojas. El picadillo consiste de manzana ponchera, pera de leche, y durazno
criollo.
