Mid-Semester Examination 2015

ENGN2218
Electronic Systems and Design
Study Period: 15 minutes
Writing Period: 120 minutes

Permitted materials:
(i) Calculator (memory cleared from programmable calculators)
(ii) One A4 page with hand-written notes on both sides.
Instructions:
Answer all four questions.
Hand in the exam question sheets as well as the script book.
Each question is worth 10 marks. Parts of the question carry the number of
marks indicated. You must explain and show all steps taken to arrive at your
answer. The clarity and precision of your explanations and answers will be
taken into account when marking. All plots/sketches must be appropriately
labelled. You must always indicate the units of all physical quantities. This
examination is worth 20% of the final mark. It will be marked out of 40 and
scaled.
