Background
Kroloth is the product of the streets. He began his career
as a common criminal. Eventually he was caught while
robbing a house. Normally this spells the end of any
would be thief either by death or imprisonment. He was
lucky, in that his captor saw a spark in him. He took the
young elf into his care and taught him to harness his
natural magical ability. Eventually his master passed on.
Kroloth finding himself without a home or benefactor,
started up his life of crime again. Once he had stolen
enough, he enrolled himself into the mage academy.
There he amassed wealth in the form of arcane power
and knowlege, aquired from his peers and in side jobs.
So far he has not been discovered by the academy, and
the local thieves have had trouble pinning him down. He
is always seeking hidden or lost lore and hunts for every
scrap of power he can find in order to stay on top of the
competition.
