The Increasing Diversity by Increasing Access to Legal Education (IDIA) project
is a nationwide movement that aims to empower underprivileged and
marginalised communities in India by transforming students from such
communities into world-class lawyers and community leaders. For more details

IDIA is currently seeking applications for the position of Assistant/Junior
Manager Design [Full-Time]. Applicant should be able to creatively ideate,
visualise and develop concepts for various projects at IDIA.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

To design sales and marketing material including presentations, leaflets,

brochures, and website content to achieve maximum impact.
Prepare and plan design concepts by studying information and materials.
Illustrate concepts and obtain approvals by designing mock-ups of art and
copy.
Complete tasks assigned by coordinating with outside agencies, art
services, printers, etc, where necessary.
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing results within stipulated
deadline.
Take on any other reasonable duties related to your role as directed by
the Senior Management.

Qualifications: The applicant should have excellent graphic design skills, and

must be deadline orientated. Good knowledge of Adobe Design Suite is a must.

The applicant should preferably have 1-2 years work experience in design,
though this can be waived for highly meritorious candidates. Applicants can also
apply for a part-time position.

Salary: Will be commensurate with skills and experience, and will be on par with
similar positions in the non-profit sector.

Location: Anywhere in India is acceptable, but it would be ideal if person could

be located in Bangalore, Delhi, Mumbai, or Kolkata.
