What this job involves:

Project Management - An essential part of your role will involve understanding digital operations on projects,
acknowledging stakeholder requests, helping with the coordination & gathering information on the scope. You will be
expected to learn what makes for a complete brief for the team to be able to initiate work & help team with updating the
issues log.

Relationship Building - The process of workflow coordination involves building strong relationships with requestors &
stakeholders through active communication on projects, seeking queries, setting expectations early and providing a
smooth experience through the project delivery. You will have to liaison closely with the internal teams to help in scoping
and keeping a track of delivery timelines.

Reporting - Managing operations requires visibility into the overall workflow across the teams. You will be working with
data on the workflow management tool to help create weekly reports for stakeholders and internal teams.

Creative Operations - You will be working on projects with various collaterals – Brochures, Flyers, Handbooks, Webpages,
Infographics, Videos etc. You will be trained to have a sound understanding of design guidelines, principles and of scoping
timelines.

Process & Data Orientation


You need to have & develop great organisational skills to plan your expected tasks through the day. You will be dealing
with a lot of information and people so it will help if you are organized and are willing to follow processes.

Great Communication
One of the main responsibilities of the workflow co-ordinator will be to liaison between the functional teams and the
stakeholders. You will be expected to have excellent written & verbal communication skills to manage conversations.
Thinking Design
You’ll be trained to have a fundamental understanding & differences between various design collaterals and effort
required for it. You’ll be expected to have curiosity and interest about design collaterals and concepts.

Microsoft Suite Expertise


This role would entail multiple tasks that would need you to be proficient at basic Microsoft software such as word, excel
and power point.

Performance objectives

• Liaison between the functional teams and the stakeholders and manage conversations.
• Managing digital operations on projects such as sending first response to stakeholders, timely follow ups with
internal teams for scoping
• Keeping track of deliverables within SLA
• Monitoring the daily job list and highlighting any issues that may arise.
• Maintain, ensure follow ups, and update the team issues log.
