Picasso’s Paradise:

This eventPicasso’s Paradise focuses on Poster designing posters

where participants have to paint express their thoughts on an A3 size
paper. The participants can be as creative as possible. And tThe most
Creative and Innovative Poster would be declared as the winner of the
cCompetition on each day.

The event game PICASSO’S PARADISE is a theme based expression.

The theme of the event is “GO GREEN CAMPUS” is the theme, based
on which where participants would have to convey their environment
friendly message thoughts or ideas through the medium of poster-
design.

Registration would be open from 9.30 am to 3.30 p.m on both the

days. The participants have to submit their posters by on or before
5.30 pm on the day of registration.

RulesRULES APPLICABLE:
  Every participant should finish theirEvery participant should finish his
or her painting designing before the allotted time (i.e 5.30pm on the
day of registration).

 Late submission of the poster will not be accepted.

 Participants should come sharewith original and new ideas on eco-

friendliness or environment awareness.

 Participants have would be required to portray explain a the concept

conveyed message which they would want to convey through the
poster on a (small piece of paper will
be provided by the Ethos teamus)

 If participant wants to do abstract painting, he can use any extra

material (matchstick, wood, plastic), But it should be brought by
participant him/her self [Note: don’t give this option otherwise it will
create an asymmetry in the judgment pattern, let them buy whatever
available at the sponsor’s shop]

 Participant would ill be disqualified and debarred from the game if

anything of obscene nature is projected in the painting ( to be decided
by the volunteers monitoring the game)

 Incase of confusion For any clarification, participants can approach the

registration counter or meet the game head . Parimal Mehta

 Judges decision is would be considered as final verdictfinal.
