Tasks

I Responsible for the new products development of grid connected, three-phase

inverters, for load balancing, reactive-power and harmonics compensation
I Definition of product requirements and specification together with the Product
management and responsibility for the complete development phase, from
design to validation
I Define and perform the qualification tests and responsible for the development
processes
I Project management including technical documentation
I Responsible for the assigned costs, quality- and time schedule targets
I Technical support of the after sales department

Profile

I You have a master-degree in electrical engineering or similar degrees with at

least 5 years experience, mainly in hardware development for power electronic
applications
I Design experience ideally in IGBT-technology and their driver circuits
I Several years of professional experience in the fields of analog and digital circuits as
well as thermal and mechanical design optimization
I Experience with CE, UL and EMC-relevant design requirements and their certification procedures. GL for marine is a plus
I Autonomous, methodical and structured way of working
I High motivation, flexibility, communicative skills and team compatibility
I Good knowledge of German and English
I Willingness to travel occasionally within Europe and also worldwide
