Ibtesam Doha is a seasoned professional in the field Telecommunication and IT, with
international and multi-technology exposer of more than 9 years. As worked in
different roles with Technical design, implementations, large and medium scale
project management, Technical Project Delivery and Customer Management,
Ibtesam Doha offers unique sets of skills for both Technology and Business Domain.
His career includes working with the known names like Motorola, Nokia-Siemens,
NEC, NewNet, Huawei etc. He has also served as Radio Planner for one of the
largest WiMAX Operators in Bangladesh. Some of the key milestone projects of
Ibtesam are Radio Planning and Optimization project for Tishknet (North Iraq),
Design and Deployment of nationwide LTE and WiMAX Network of Mena Telecom
Bahrain, Airtel 2G (Warid) deployment Projects, Transmission and NMS network
deployment for Grameen Phone (A Telenor Concern) and Banglalink (Orascom
Bangladesh), Nationwide WiMAX RF Planning and Optimization for QUBEE (Augere
Bangladesh) etc.
Ibtesam was engaged in training and development of different in-house teams and
external teams throughout his career. He has conducted several training sessions in
Middle East (Bahrain, IRAQ) and in Bangladesh. A natural speaker and vibrant
presenter, Ibtesam delivers with rich contents developed from his experiences as
well as from numerous training courses he has attended. Ibtesam is a certified
presenter and trainer from junior Chamber International (JCI) Academy.
Currently Ibtesam Doha is playing an exciting role in Crystal Future Venture Limited
(CFVL) as a Key Account Manager, where is he working closely with all major
Vendors and Operators of Bangladesh Telecommunication Market. He is actively
engaged in Consultancy, Service Delivery, Design and Management.
Ibtesam Doha holds Bachelors in Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE) from
Islamic University of Technology (IUT), an OIC sponsored university in Bangladesh.
Ibtesam Doha is also a proud Masters of Business Administration (MBA)- Marketing
from North South University (NSU), one of the prestigious business schools of
Bangladesh.

Conducted as Trainer: 10 days Training on Advanced Radio Planning and

Optimization for Radio Access Network Team of Tishknet, the largest WiMAX
Operator of Kurdistand, North Iraq.

Conducted as trainer for in-house training to more than 75 Installation and

customer support engineers and several other executives from cross functional
departments for Augere Wireless Broadband Bangladesh Limited (Qubee).
