PRICES HAVE CONE MAD

Because of the housing shortage and lack of building supplies, the price of
property has jumped.
A few years ago I bought my two bedroom apartment for
Z$11 ,000.00.
As I was leaving for the USA earlier this year apartment 17 was
priced at Z$80,000.00.
It sold!
Apartment 6 sold for Z$125,000.00 just before I
returned. Food, utilities and other expenses have boon risen.
