PAGE 1: 6 PANELS
PANEL 1: In this panel I would like start off with a male civil enforcement
officer giving a parking ticket and looking unto a BMW car parked wrongly
as well as recklessly which is causing some obstruction to other moving
vehicles and also parked in a double yellow line where you are not
allowed to park.
CIVIL ENFORCMENT OFFICER: well this isnt good
PANEL 2: In this panel a group of 3 intimidating men who are criminals
and who work in the underworld drug business, stand up from their chairs
looking out of the cafe window they are in and they see the car they were
in being given a ticket.
JOE: well boss youre not going to like this
MATTY: boss you should look what that parking
enforcement officer is doing to your car
PANEL 3: in this panel the parking enforcement officer notices he is
being looked at from inside the cafe window now knowing who the car
belong to after giving it a ticket
CIVIL ENFORCMENT OFFICER: I should move away from
here now
PANEL 4: In this panel and very unlucky for the civil enforcement officer,
matty recognises the civil enforcement officer and had often seen him
getting out of his house as they live in the same area.
MATTY: hey boss I recognise that guy I think he lives
in same area as I do
BOSS: good take me to his house
PANEL 5: In this panel the civil enforcement officer notices the BMW he
had given a ticket too had driven past him a couple of times while he was
still working.
CIVIL ENFORCMENT OFFICER: oh jeeze just leave
me alone

PANEL 6: in this panel there is no conversation except the guys in the

BMW drive past the civil enforcement officer again but very slowly this
time with their windows down so that they could have a good look at him.

PANEL 1: In this panel as the civil enforcement officer goes home he
notices his front door had been forced open.
CIVIL ENFORCMENT OFFICER: oh please no god no!
PANEL 2: In this panel the civil enforcement officer rushes inside to find
his house a mess and objects broken with the three criminals in his living
room waiting for him.
JOE: oh your home now
MATTY: the boss wants to speak with you
BOSS: yeah why did you give a ticket to my car?
PANEL 3: the civil enforcement officer just so scared and surrounded by
the three guys but was brave enough to give a reply
CIVIL ENFORCMENT OFFICER: I am just a civil
enforcement officer; you parked your car in the wrong way and in a wrong
spot
PANEL 4: in this panel the boss gets up close and face to face with the
civil enforcement officer
THE BOSS: do you know who I am? You have any idea who
you picked on? You have attacked my ego
THE CIVIL ENFORCMENT OFFICER: I am just a civil
enforcement officer I was just doing my job and I wasnt trying to act
bigger or trying to attack anyones ego
PANEL 5: In the panel the civil enforcement officer gets punched in the
stomach really hard
CIVIL ENFORCMENT OFFICER: AOOWWWWW!
PANEL 6: the boss speaks into the civil enforcements officers ear and
says something to him while the other two just laugh

THE BOSS: This isnt over and oh yeah there isnt any
point calling the police they know me and are scared of me and if you do,
more problems will come your way
THE OTHER TWO: hahahahahahahahaaahah!

PAGE 3: 5 PANELS
PANEL 1: In this panel the civil enforcement officer thinking they wouldnt
come back anymore as he had thought he had taken enough punishment
from them and decides to go back to normal, doing his day job and he
spots another car parked in the wrong space.
CIVIL ENFORCMENT OFFICER: spotted a car already
parked in the wrong space
PANEL 2: Then as the civil enforcement officer slowly walks towards the
car, the car blows up but luckily the civil enforcement officer was still far
away but fell to the ground.
CIVIL ENFORCMENT OFFICER: what on earth! What is
going on?
PANEL 3: the civil enforcement officer is questioned by the police as the
fire men successfully put out the fire
CIVIL ENFORCMENT OFFICER: I was going to give it a
ticket and luckily I was still far away from it to do me any harm.
POLICE OFFICER: thank you sir that will do
PANEL 4: In this panel the civil enforcement officer find a letter through
the post given to him by the boss and it was them that had caused the car
to blow up.
THE LETTER FROM THE BOSS: did you enjoy the car
fire? Yours sincerely the boss
THE CIVIL ENFORCMENT OFFICER: Oh no for crying
out loud why did I ticket his car?
PANEL 5: In this panel the civil enforcement officer looks at himself in the
mirror and just wonders how his life got to this point.

THE CIVIL ENFORCMENT OFFICER: I need a new

career

PANEL 1: In this panel the civil enforcement officer gets pulled out of bed
as his house was broken into again by the boss and the same two guys.
JOE: wakey wakey sunshine
CIVIL ENFORCMENT OFFICER: OHHH god! Ahahaah
PANEL 2: In this panel the civil enforcement officer is held tightly by joe
and matty and the boss has something to say to him
THE BOSS: I cant stop thinking about what you did to me;
you have attacked my pride and my status. No one has ever stood up to
me except you. People might think I am turning weak or soft and I cannot
have that nope nope nope.
PANEL 3: In this panel the civil enforcement officer tries to beg for his life
THE CIVIL ENFORCMENT OFFICER: please I beg of you
I am just a civil enforcement officer. I wasnt trying to attack anyone or try
to be bigger than anyone I was just doing my job, its how I earn a living.
PANEL 4: In this panel the civil enforcement officer gets stabbed and they
also start to hear police sirens as some of the neighbours must have
become worried by the strange noises that were coming from the civil
enforcement officers house
CIVIL ENFORCMENT OFFICER:
AOWWWWWAAAAA!
MATTY: someones called the police told ya we
shuda done it at night time

PANEL 5: In this panel the three guys disappear quickly and the civil
enforcement officer is injured on the floor of his house with blood on the
floor as well.
PANEL 6: In this panel the civil enforcement officer wakes up in hospital
and it is peaceful and he hear on the hospital telly that three criminal drug
dealers in the underground world have been caught by the police.
TV NEWS ANCHCORMAN: three guys have been caught by the
police as they tried to get away; all three are drug dealers from the
underworld and the deep dark web.......
CIVIL ENFORCMENT OFFICER: what a life this is
