PREFACE
In this developing and changing world I feel proud for being a student of
M.B.A (Marketing) full time course offered by UTTAM INSTITUTE OF
MANAGEMENT STUDIES, RUNKATA AGRA.
The eight weeks research project study is prescribed as a part of syllabus
UTTAM INSTITUTE OF MANAGEMENT STUDIES, RUNKATA AGRA. It
helps in generating competence to deal with issues at grass root level because
practical orientation of management student is a must in todays competitive world.
The objective is to provide deep practical aspects of the functioning of the
organization. The training apprises the student to the actual functioning,
responsibilities and problems faced by an organization. It provides him/her with
the knowledge of the various kind of problem that crop up in the day to day
functioning of the organization. The way they are solved by the departments and
appraisal of the crucial decision taken by the manager at the crucial time.
This report states about the given to employees to enhance their efficiency in
different departments and its overall effectiveness on the functioning of the
organization. It also deals about the different parameters such as age, grade &
department which play a vital role in proper imparting of training and its
implementation to enhance the productivity of the organization.
This has given me an altogether new experience, which would be of
immense help to me in my days to come.
