Church is a church of the
Presbyterian Church, USA

Mid-April 2016

Stay after worship and fellowship with your

church family Sunday April 24th!
There will be a bake sale after church
on Sunday, April 24. All bake sale proceeds
will be split between two families who have
lost their homes to fires. One family
will be the Drakes (Syble Drakes son)
and the other will be Mr. Terry, the
Facility Engineer at Bethel Elementary
who lost his home to a fire in January.
Children and youth will provide baked
goodies for purchase.
Any member who would like to
contribute items for the bake sale,
please bring them to the commons
area before worship on Sunday, April 24.

CELEBRATE WITH US! Our pastor, Rev. Pressley

Cox turns 40 this month. Please stay immediately
following the service on Sunday, April 24th, for cake and
punch to celebrate this wonderful occasion! A basket will
be available for cards and birthday wishes.

F3 on the 4th TAKE A HIKE! Please

join us following the birthday celebration
and bake sale on Sunday, April 24th for a
family friendly hike at Table Rock State
Park. We'll enjoy an easy 2 mile hike,
explore the park and take some time to
reflect on God's creation. Wear your
walking shoes to church and bring a bag lunch and $2 per adult for
admission (kids under 16 are free). We'll caravan from the church, but
directions will be available if you'd like to meet us there. Pets are welcome
on the trail so feel free to swing by home to pick up Fido on the way! See you
on the 24th!
