Directorate of Income Tax Project by T.C.S
Worked as a trainee under Tata Consultancy Services New Delhi in the Income Tax project module
AST(Assessment Information System) from 8th Jun 09 to 31st Jul 09. My work was to implement
SDLC on a corporate request in AST using Oracle database management system, Oracle Forms
and Oracle Reports.
Projects
Virtual Classroom
The project aimed at making a teaching and learning environment located within a computer
mediated communication system where students can login, schedule their classes, chat with the
teachers, career counsel and download study material. It was made under a team size of three in
Java language with a back end of Oracle Database Management System.
Robomach
Robomach is an interfacing based project that aims at developing applications for a simple robot
with one actuator and reducing the power consumption by a factor of half. This project was made
under a team size of 6 by programming the parallel port using C language.

Academic Achievements

• Merit Certificate holder in A.I.S.C.E.-2003 awarded by C.B.S.E. for being among 0.1%
successful candidates in Social Science.
• Certified as IBM Database Associate in DB2 9 fundamentals by IBM.
