Liberia-Iron Ore Negotiations: advised Liberian government in its iron ore negotiations with Mittal Steel;
helped to obtain a $100 million improvement in contract value.

UAW Steel Council: periodic presentations on steel industry trends and developments, with special focus
on industries and companies employing UAW members.

IBT-U.S. Foodservice: helped union and management identify major problems impacting warehouse and
distribution performance and provided recommendations for making improvements.
