On Wednesday, April 6, 2016, Jackson Police Officers responded to Westwick Apartments at
348 Flag Chapel Road regarding a shooting. Upon officers arrival it was learned that the victim,
later identified as Kardarius Warden had been shot multiple times at this location. He was
transported to UMMC via AMR. He is still recovering from his injuries. The suspects were
described as two black males last seen leaving on foot.
During the course of investigation, Robbery/Homicide Detectives developed and identified
Jamerio Hudson and Ontario Williams as the suspects allegedly responsible for this incident.
They have both been charged with one count of Aggravated Assault. Warrants for their arrests
have been issued.

considered ARMED AND DANGEROUS.
