This letter is my personal recommendation for Michael Clark. Michael student
taught under my supervision from January, 2015 to March, 2015. I found him to
be consistently pleasant, tackling all assignments with dedication and a smile.
Besides being a joy to work with, Michael is a take-charge person who is able to
present creative ideas in the areas of skills, sports, nutrition and health and
communicate these activities to the students. He successfully developed classroom
management skills, discipline techniques, effective lesson planning and
organization skills. Most importantly, Michael was able to build meaningful
relationships with our students. While teaching at Boyd, Michael has gained
experience working in a Title I school that also houses the Bi-Lingual program for
Allen ISD.
During his time at Boyd Elementary, he developed and taught several units
including basketball, soccer, dance and rhythm, and nutritional games for students
to learn the importance of taking care of themselves. Michaels's lessons were well
thought out and he was very prepared for each class.
Michael was an asset to our PE teaching team. Being a self starter, he jumped
right in from the very beginning . Michael set up equipment , prepared equipment
for the next day and integrated technology into his lessons. Michael is highly
organized and communicates effectively with staff and students.
I highly recommend Michael for employment. He is a team player and would make a
great asset to any educational team.
