Working culture:

1. People oriented
- Working with each other in an interactive manner.
- Example: Form different teams for different projects.

2. Flexible working hours
- Example: Employees can start work whenever they want and leave whenever
they want, but must complete the task before the deadline.

3. Office must be eco-friendly and the home feel


- Example: Uses solar power, waterless toilet flush, sleeping pods, design your
own office, well stocked pantry, cafeteria etc.

Ways to attract young talents:

1. High pay, with added bonus for OT

2. Provide transport (eg. free shuttle bus). To save cost on petrol.

3. Sponsor them for external training and seek opportunities for overseas
training and/or working overseas.

4. Job rotation. Avoid the young employee from feeling bored with their
current position.

5. Provide unique and different benefits compared to other firms (such as
health care, ability to claim expenses)
