Dear Student

To develop a successful process and obtain the best result

follow the set of steps below.
1.Survey: Select a person you want to ask for their opinions on the social
problem you described in the previous activity.
2.Go to RECURSOS section (en esta misma pgina) and read some
material about how to design a survey.
3.Give your survey AN ATTRACTIVE TITLE.
4.Design a 10-question survey in which you ask anyone about their opinion
on the social problem that affects your community. Include 5 open-ended and 5
closed-ended questions in your survey.
5.Put the questions and the answers into the sheet below.

He is my neighbor, he is a student and hes been involved with the problem because
we both have been affected by drugs and had faced it.

Open-ended questions
1. What do you think about the problems we are facing in our society,
regarding to drugs?
It is really hard, it is difficult to see so many teenagers using drugs so early in
their life, consuming and even stealing or doing illegal activities to get drugs.
2. do you think drug problems in teenagers are their own fault or maybe
their parents?
Could be both, because teenagers have the opportunity to choose if they use it or
no, some others do it just for fun or because they have a friend who does it and
they invite them to prove
3. how do you face a drug situation when is in front of you?
I have just ignored it, because drugs dont call my attention so I just ran away
from there and went home.
4. what do you think about the education children and adolescents are
receiving? Is it enough?
Its good but not enough, society nowadays almost obey children and students
explore and try how it feels so, even though education is good, they will always
be tempted to do it.
5. how would you change the justice system in order to improve policies

regarding to the use of drugs?

Harder punishments for drug dealers and drug users, it will teach people that they
are affecting our society with it.

Yes I have, but I have quickly get out the situation.
have you ever met someone who consume drugs?
Yes, unfortunately, I have some partners who find that interesting, but I
dont hang out with them too much.
Have you ever tasted drugs, if so, did you like it?
I have never, even though I have had the opportunity, but as I said is not
interesting for me.
Do you think here in Colombia should be approved what is called,
personal dose?
no, it would increase violence and addictions all over the country. For me is
not something important, there are lots of different topics to discuss,
instead of drugs.
Have you been affected by drugged people at any time?
thanks God I havent , but some friends have, these people who live in
streets tend to attack pedestrians just to get money to buy drugs, a friend
of mine who got attacked like this.
