    HSE Activities
    Conduct with weekly mass toolbox meeting & report.
    Assessing Permit-to-work conduction site inspection & given to employees
    OJT trainin in their work place.
    Conduct site safety inspection and UA/UC record keeping.
    Rountine site inspection and corrective action tacking to the unsafe art/
    behaviour and condition and conduct safety training and intended thet will
    improve good performance to all employees.
    Weekly safety behaviour observation and attance to safety meeting.
    Monitoring and inspecting work activities to ensure that safe work practices
    are carried out in all work operations.
