maintaining a relationship with local partners, through Jubilant FoodWorks, since day one. Jubilant
FoodWorks, Domino's master franchisee in India since 1996, was recognized by the Economic
Times as "Emerging Food Group of the Year" in 2012.

Master franchise: Jubilant FoodWorks Limited. based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh which holds
the master franchise for Domino's Pizza in India, Nepal, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh, and also
for Dunkin' Donuts in India It operates 20 Domino's Pizza outlets in Sri Lanka, [16] while there are
currently no outlets in Bangladesh and Nepal. The company is a part of the Jubilant Bhartia Group.
